[395] And don’t they have someone in charge of feeding them stats? Don’t they have a laptop with internet access in front of them which could be used to look stuff up?
Almost want Mo to give up a meaningless run so he also gets the GWRBI. Almost.
YES! Gameday has video up for “Mo’s first career RBI.” Fantastic! How often do they post base on balls as highlights?
They had several minutes of “hmm, there’s a chance mo might come up there to hit”....In that time NOBODY went to baseball-reference.com?
Mo, just take care of business is a very boring manner. Thx.
[400] Because they are part of Red Sox Nation?
Mo’s stuff has been better since he had the week off.
Yeah tedbrogan- I don’t understand why the guys on radio are always guessing on stats- why don’t they have a computer in front of them? Other than the obvious fact that they are complete idiots.
Classic Mo hit.
That’s 500 !
Nice moment.
I wonder which player was oldest when he got his first RBI? Gotta be Mo…
pwned
Now, that is a satisfying weekend of baseball.
Mariano Rivera is my favorite Yankee ever.
Multiple air humps for this weekend’s performance.
Congats to Mo. I look forward to the next 500.
Now this has been a good baseball series. The Mets are fun!
Loverly.
I’m guessing NY will be in first place again when next they see the Red Sox.
It’s weird, Jeter and Mo came up about the same time and yet I feel like Rivera’s so much more senior than anyone on the team.
By the way, how was Mr. Ming?
Mo is just a fantastic guy. I really hope I can meet him some day.
Wang looked very good.

Jeter, Rivera, Posada, and Pettitte all first appeared for the Yankees in 1995. That’s a hell of a class.
I thought Wang looked better against the Braves. His command was inconsistent, but he did have a very good GB/FB ratio (11-2).
Wang looked very good.
No locker room peeking, sir. Know and obey the unwritten rules.
3 HOF, 1 HOF is he pitched in the NL Central his whole career.
Eleven walks and four hits.
Uuugg.
By which I mean: Yay!
I’m a little bummed that Murphy got that wimpy hit in the ninth. An 0-5 would have really sealed that disaster of a game for him.

You are out for blood.
Mo is up to a 13:1 K:BB ratio. And if you take out the IBB (Girardi is such a schmuck) it’s 19.5:1. Mo’s ERA is also back under 3, where it belongs.
Jeter is almost at a 1:1 K:BB ratio (35:33).
You are out for blood.
I fell in love with the Daniel Murphy experience in April when he slipped on the St. Louis grass and allowed a liner to roll to the wall.
AJax and Montero both went yard tonight. It was a good night…
One shouldn’t hate the Mets. One ought to pity the fools.
Just watched Mo’s ESPN interview. He might be my favorite person ever.
I want to know when the last time a pitcher recorded a save and had an RBI.
Beat the Mets
Beat the Mets,
Step right up and beat the Mets.
Hide the kiddies
Hide the wives
The Mets are taking a beating tonight.
The Mets are really kicking the ball,
Kicking it over the wall.
Guaranteed to have a nightmare tonight.
East side, West side,
All around the town
The Yanks are beating the M-E-T-S tonight, the New York Mets.
(To be hummed to the Mets theme song)
