Fault is a strong word.  Cashman made it clear through is actions that this season would be what it would be with the starting pitching options we had.  Hughes and Kennedy turned out to be worst case. We caught lightning in a bottle with Rasner for a bunch of starts but he’s at best a 4.50-5.0 ERA guy in the AL East. It certainly doesn’t help that these guys can’t hit with any consistency…
