Get rid of a pitcher the day before Wang’s next start (DFA Tomko, send a pitcher to AAA, trade him to the London Silly Nanny’s) and bring up someone fresh for that game. The whole point is that it’s entirely doable, and it didn’t involve having Hughes run up video game numbers in AAA, which some people wanted.
